Exceptionally thorough, professional and communicative. Tiffani explained everything clearly and gave us a lesson on home maintenance!

We had Tiffani inspect a home we're purchasing and she did a fantastic job all around. She was on time, thorough, communicative and did a great job walking us through her findings at the end of the inspection. It was evident that she is knowledgeable and experienced but also cares very much about her work and making sure her clients get the most out of their inspection.

She was also very attentive to the "little things" like wearing booties, vacuuming up any debris, cleaning as she went, etc. Things that I know I would appreciate as the seller in making sure my home stayed in good shape throughout the process.

And with a crawl space as part of our inspection, she didn't just send a camera down to scope things out she actually got INTO the crawlspace and inspected every inch. We were very thankful for that!
