Tiffany is excellent. She is very thorough and spends time with you after the inspection to review all her findings. She tells you her opinion and what she is allowed to provide and what she is not able to provide. The report is clear and well presented with instructive pictures. She also provides other professionals to help with the repairs. The two limitations (areas she cannot provide) are what is a code risk or violation and the estimated cost to repair items. Of course the professionals she recommends will provide estimates. I would highly recommend Tiffany for your home inspection. You will not be disappointed.
